Mac Repair Mail-in Service
We understand how important your MacBook and data are, especially when the device has water damage, no power, or important files trapped inside. IT-Tech Online offers a personalised mail-in MacBook repair service for customers who cannot visit our Melbourne workshop in person.
A dedicated team member will handle your mail-in repair from start to finish. We will provide clear instructions before you send your MacBook, notify you when it arrives, update you during the repair process, and send photos once the job is completed.

MacBook repair mail-in service procedure:
- Contact us via the online customer contact form or at (03)-9563 8588
- Get your MacBook model number and serial number ready. You can find it on the back case.
- We will ask a few questions on the phone to estimate the damages and tell you the costs to fix the damages.
- Our manager will message you a photo of her business card with the mail-in address through a mobile phone. You can contact us anytime via the mobile number for the entire repair process.
- Please use Australia Post to send your MacBook to us. Please do not send the charger. We will provide you with the packing details to avoid physical damage.
- Text us the tracking number so we can trace the parcel at any time.
- We will inform you instantly when we have received your MacBook.
- We will start to work on the logic board. We will inform you if you have other components damaged, such as the keyboard, trackpad and so on.
- We will send you photos of your MacBook login screen when the job is done.
- We will email you the invoice. The total payment is the repair price plus $30 return postage.
- When we have received your payment, we will send back your MacBook via express post and text you the shipping details.
