I did my research and realised IT-TECH were the only guys in Australia that did a proper fix for this problem (that will last). Whist getting the GPU fixed, I also had numerous other little things sorted out on my computer. All in all it feels new again after all their little touch ups.

Over the phone Frances really knew her stuff and was a prompt communicator.

Everything was reasonably priced.

Apple wanted $100 just to give me a quote on the damage - and let’s face it, they would’ve either said it was unfixable or quoted me a ridiculous price. Frances gave me a break down of what it would cost to fix it, depending on which parts were damaged (between $600-1200). For $850 she had it back to me the next day with all my data intact!
