Frances gave me a break down of what it would cost to fix it, depending on which parts were damaged (between $600-1200). For $850 she had it back to me the next day with all my data intact! Apple could never!! She repaired the logic board and replaced the touch pad. I cannot believe how lucky I am, I recommend her to everyone! Best service ever!

I shipped the laptop to Melbourne from Brisbane. She received it on the Thursday, had it repaired by Friday and we got it back on Monday in perfect working order.
