IT-Tech Online fixed my macbook doubled the RAM and replaced the battery for half what Apple quoted me to replace my broken logic board. They also cleaned it and replaced the missing feet on the bottom which was a nice surprise. These guys are life-savers and I couldn't be happier with their service.

Highly recommended! Water Damaged MacBook Pro 2021 M1 chip fixed within two days with affordable price 🙂 !!! I brought my MacBook Pro to Apple Store and repair shop in Melbourne. However, most of them suggested to change to a new one especially the logic board is pretty much damaged by liquid. Frances team had certified and professional engineer that helped me to changed the logic board and screen sensor. Appreciated the engineer never give spirit! Everything solved like a magic! Frances was extremely helpful in repairing my daughter's MacBook Air - screen replacement. It was repaired the same day we dropped it off. The keyboard light wasn't working when we picked it up but that was resolved the next week at no cost. The cost for the new screen and new battery was 2/3rd of the price of a new computer but it was worth it to be able to be working with it the same day.

Frances was amazing. All hope was lost after spilling water into my laptop. Apple said there was nothing that could be done and offered to recycle my old and supposedly laptop and offered a new one, at full price of course. Not one to give up easily I found Frances and upon arrival she seemed 100% confident she could fit it. 48 hours later laptop was totally fixed, all data there it was as if the spill never happened and at 420$ it was a hellva lot cheaper than buying a new laptop. My Macbook pro had major issues including intermittent shut downs, a sick battery, and a screen that wouldn't close. Carl did a miraculous job repairing the above faults, plus more. I though my Macbook is a goner. Other shops said that the logic board needs to be replaced and servicing was more than my budget. Went to Frances for help and told me they will try to fix it without replacing the logic board (no promises). Her husband did his magic and was able to resolve the issue at a price that I can afford. I had a Toshiba laptop PC with some hardware problems (faulty cooling fan and battery not holding charge) and I took it to IT-Tech Online for assessment and repair. I am very impressed with how efficient and professional the IT-Tech Online team was. I had my laptop quoted for and repaired well ahead of what I expected. Quality of the repair seems fine and pricing of parts & labor was very reasonable. Warranty is offered on repair/parts too. My 2019 Macbook Pro suffered water damage and after receiving an estimate from another repairer to fix it the estimate was more than the purchase price so i thought it was gone. IT-Tech Online fixed it within 3 days and as good as new. Its unbelieveable could save my Macbook and it cost me 1/4 of the purchase price. Frances was just great every step of the way!! Contacted me, explained the process for a mail in repair, kept me in the loop the whole time and even sent photos of the work done! Of course did an amazing job with logic board replacement and data recovery. Couldn't be happier !

Fantastic service. Initially I visited the Apple Store with a screen going black whenever opened more than 20 degrees. Their answer was a new screen or laptop (min. $1,000 plus). IT-Tech identified the most likely fault over the phone. I decided to post the Macbook from Brisbane to Melbourne. It was repaired (a cable replacement) and posted back to me in 24 hours, for less that a 1/3 of the price Apple wanted to fleece from me. I was kept up to date with the repair and shipping status several times during the few days the whole process took. 7 anxious days after I spilled a whole glass of water on my laptop, here's what I now know I should have done: 1 - DON'T put it in rice. Turn it off RIGHT away, dry as much as possible with is facing upside down. DO NOT try turning it on again. Leave it butterflied open and upside down on a pillow to dry. Don't touch it. 2 - DON'T bother taking it to Apple unless you have Apple Care (which I now wish I paid for when I bought the laptop). They couldn't do anything and I'd have to buy a whole new laptop and lose all data. 3 - TAKE IT STRAIGHT TO FRANCES. It was badly water damaged so it was more expensive to fix ($1200) but worth it to not lose my hard drive and be able to use it again for work. She fixed it in 48 hours and its working again WITH ALL MY DATA SAVED. Thanks for your amazing work Frances.

I accidentally spilled coffee on my MacBook, and the authorized service center told me that I would need to replace the entire logic board, which was extremely expensive. I then took it to IT-Tech, and they fixed it very quickly at a great price. The service was excellent, and they even provided a warranty after the repair. Highly recommended. Professional, honest, and efficient service.

Like everyone else's reviews, I had nothing but a brilliant experience with Frances after taking my 2018 Macbook to her after it had completely died. Having tried Apple of course they said it would cost $1K and wasn't worth repairing. I didn't want to give up after my last Macbook had gone 10 years and they're generally so reliable. Frances was able to get it working again in 3 days with a repaired logic board and new trackpad for $900 and it's as good as it always was and hopefully for a good few years to come still!
