My daughter's screen cracked in the middle of her year 12 exam period and we were desperate for a repair so she could continue to study. Frances and her husband turned around the repair within two hours of us bringing the laptop in. We are so grateful for their exceptional service!!

Amazing service from Frances and Carl. Apple Genius Bar told me both my hard disk drive and graphics processing unit on my late 2011 Apple iMac 27" had "failed" and that as the machine was now viewed as "vintage" by Apple, I would be lucky to find anywhere that could obtain parts to fix it. It was also suggested that I may need a new logic board too. The cost of replacing the iMac with a current model would be around the $2,500 mark. After a quick enquiry to IT-tech online, I was provided with a rough estimate that was nowhere near the figures Apple had quoted me. I dropped the iMac off to Frances and Carl on Thursday morning and collected it on Tuesday morning. All fixed, as good as new, and all my data was also transferred from the old hard drive to the new one (at a fraction of the cost quoted by Apple to repair or replace). my 12" Mac suddenly stopped working and according to Apple I only had an option of replacing the logic board and all the data is lost. I took my laptop to few more places - same thing. Had a water damaged MacBook Pro which wouldn't boot. Opened it up myself to confirm there was water corrosion. Apple quoted about $3k to 'repair' it (replace the logic board, screen, keyboard, and pretty much the rest of the guts ... not actually investigate the technical problem, like a shorted chip, and replace that). I'm a bit dubious when it comes to 3rd party repair stores as I've seen some average quality repairs of friends old phones and usage of non genuine Apple parts. Did a lot of searching online for a MacBook repair place and came across here. About 350 5 star reviews seemed too good to be true, but from reading many of them, they looked all legitimate. Many of who also had water damage. Called up and spoke to Frances. She was extremely friendly and transparent about their repair process and potential costs involved. Decided to bring it in and within 24 hours it was repaired at 1/3rd of the cost that Apple quoted me. One month later the laptop is still operating perfectly. I don't often give reviews but the customer service, pricing and quality of workmanship was faultless. Many thanks! Absolutely impeccable service from IT-Tech. I made an enquiry about upgrading my 2014 iMac and they replied immediately to my request. A 2tb SSD was added in place of the original 1tb drive and all of the content on my hard drive was transferred over and my machine was back to me within two business days; now it works better than it did when it was brand new. Affordable; professional and exceptionally friendly service. I would very highly recommend.

Frances was amazing, very knowledgable and true to her word. Frances was able to upgrade my old faithful iMac 27" late 2009 machine with a new GPU and SSD 1TB and now it runs a lot faster is more responsive and she also provided software to manage and control the heat aspects of the computer to reduce overheating potential. the service was excellent and very quick! I came in the day i called her with my machine, she reviewed and assessed it, gave me an immediate quote for its repair and I had it back 1.5 days later as good as new!! Faced with having to throw my beloved Mac out and contribute to the waste in the world, this is a fantastic outcome for the environment and me and the machine will be hopefully good for another 10 years!! IT-Tech Online fixed my macbook doubled the RAM and replaced the battery for half what Apple quoted me to replace my broken logic board. They also cleaned it and replaced the missing feet on the bottom which was a nice surprise. These guys are life-savers and I couldn't be happier with their service.

My Macbook pro had major issues including intermittent shut downs, a sick battery, and a screen that wouldn't close. Carl did a miraculous job repairing the above faults, plus more. 7 anxious days after I spilled a whole glass of water on my laptop, here's what I now know I should have done: 1 - DON'T put it in rice. Turn it off RIGHT away, dry as much as possible with is facing upside down. DO NOT try turning it on again. Leave it butterflied open and upside down on a pillow to dry. Don't touch it. 2 - DON'T bother taking it to Apple unless you have Apple Care (which I now wish I paid for when I bought the laptop). They couldn't do anything and I'd have to buy a whole new laptop and lose all data. 3 - TAKE IT STRAIGHT TO FRANCES. It was badly water damaged so it was more expensive to fix ($1200) but worth it to not lose my hard drive and be able to use it again for work. She fixed it in 48 hours and its working again WITH ALL MY DATA SAVED. Thanks for your amazing work Frances.

Fantastic service. Initially I visited the Apple Store with a screen going black whenever opened more than 20 degrees. Their answer was a new screen or laptop (min. $1,000 plus). IT-Tech identified the most likely fault over the phone. I decided to post the Macbook from Brisbane to Melbourne. It was repaired (a cable replacement) and posted back to me in 24 hours, for less that a 1/3 of the price Apple wanted to fleece from me. I was kept up to date with the repair and shipping status several times during the few days the whole process took.
