Fantastic service. Initially I visited the Apple Store with a screen going black whenever opened more than 20 degrees. Their answer was a new screen or laptop (min. $1,000 plus). IT-Tech identified the most likely fault over the phone. I decided to post the Macbook from Brisbane to Melbourne. It was repaired (a cable replacement) and posted back to me in 24 hours, for less that a 1/3 of the price Apple wanted to fleece from me.
